Shipping Information

We use GLS as our courier. For express shipments, DHL is also available.

We ship to all European countries and to other countries upon request.

As soon as your order is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your shipment and check for any issues the courier may have encountered with your address.

Thanks to the FLEX DELIVERY service, active only for shipments paid in advance (not cash on delivery), you can customize your delivery and also choose delivery to a collection point or delivery to an address different from the link you will receive in your email.

The order tracking link will be activated within 1 day of placing your order.

For shipments to Italy, the standard shipping fee (2 to 3 business days) is €4.95. For other European countries, shipping costs range from €6.90 to €9.90.

For express shipping with DHL courier, the customer will be charged €9.95 for deliveries in Italy (delivery time 1 or 2 working days). Standard shipping is free for all orders over €69 . The cost is fixed and does not vary based on the quantity of products shipped.

During certain promotional periods, we offer free shipping. In these cases, you can also take advantage of free standard shipping. Express shipping will remain subject to charges.

Standard shipping to Italy takes 2 to 4 working days to be delivered, express shipping takes 1 to 2 working days (3 for islands and disadvantaged areas).

For other European countries, shipping takes 2 to 4 working days (5 for particularly difficult-to-reach areas).

Shipping times may vary depending on your location: some locations that are more difficult to reach, even for temporary reasons, may take longer. These times apply to all orders placed before 2:00 PM. All orders completed after this time will be processed the next business day. Please also note that during special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant effort to meet established deadlines.

Yes, if you purchase with an advance payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card, etc.), you can use the Flex Delivery service and have your shipment delivered to a pickup location of your choice. The email you receive from the courier will include a link to customize your shipment and choose the pickup location most convenient for you.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can contact customer service to request a change.

If you've already paid for your order, you can change the address using the link you received from the GLS courier. (This option is not valid for purchases made with cash on delivery.)

It's currently not possible to change the shipping address for an order that has already been shipped and paid for by cash on delivery. We recommend contacting our Customer Service team with your order number and the correct address. We'll contact the courier and verify the possibility of delivering your order to the new shipping address.

Shipments delivered to the recipient's home include two automatic delivery attempts.
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, they can choose where and how to be found.

How it works: If you're absent for the first home delivery attempt, you'll receive a notification that the courier has arrived. If you don't contact them, the courier will make another delivery attempt the following day.

Through a link sent by email, you can access a management area, both before and after the first failed delivery attempt, where you can choose up to six customization options . This way you can be sure of receiving your products when you want them.

The service allows you to select a new delivery date or choose a pickup location . You can also choose a new shipping address, a secure delivery location, the option to authorize a neighbor to pick up your package, or the option to refuse delivery.
