Account
No, you don't have to. You can shop and check out as a guest every time. However, creating an account with us will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can register now or you can start shopping and create your account before checking out on the cart page.
Click on "Login/Register" followed by "Create an account" and enter your personal details.
ORDERS
Purchase the items you want and add them to your cart. Once you are done, you can proceed to your cart and checkout. Review and make sure all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, and American Express. It is also possible to pay by cash on delivery when you receive the goods at your address. We also offer alternative payment methods such as Satispay and Klarna (installment payment).
Yes, cash on delivery is allowed. An additional amount (indicated in the payment method description) will be charged after order confirmation to cover the costs of the payment service offered by the courier.
You can only cancel an order by contacting customer service before the order has been shipped.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from us to confirm that your orders have been received. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in the “My Account” section if you are a registered user. You will also receive an email with a tracking code as soon as your items are shipped.
SHIPPING
The couriers we use for shipping are GLS and DHL
At the moment we only ship to Italy, but we are organizing to ship to other countries. For the moment, if you want to receive an order from us in a country other than Italy, you can write to us at orders@thegamelingerie.com and we will try, if possible, to satisfy your request.
As soon as your order is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email where you will find the link to track the shipment status and check for any issues the courier may have in locating your address.
Thanks to the FLEX DELIVERY service, available only for prepaid shipments (no cash on delivery), you can customize your delivery and also choose delivery to a pickup point or delivery to a different address from the link you will receive in your email.
The tracking link for the order is activated within 1 day from the order being sent.

For shipments in Italy, the contribution for standard shipping (2 to 3 working days) is €3.95 (we thought to cover a large part of the shipping cost to make it cheaper for customers. The cost for the company is €9.30)
For express shipping with DHL courier, the contribution charged to the customer is €7.95 (delivery time 1 or 2 working days).
Standard shipping is free for all orders over €69. The cost is fixed and does not change based on the quantity of products shipped.
During some promotional periods, we offer free shipping; in these cases, it is possible to take advantage of free standard shipping. Express shipping will still be chargeable.
Standard shipping takes 2 to 4 business days to be delivered, express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days (3 for islands and disadvantaged areas).
Shipping times may vary based on your location: some areas that are more difficult to reach, even for temporary reasons, may require more time. These times are valid for all orders placed by 2:00 PM. All orders completed after this time will be processed the next business day. We also inform you that, in conjunction with special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), the processing of your order may experience a slight delay, despite our constant care in adhering to the established times.
If you have purchased with an advance payment method, you can use the Flex Delivery service and have your shipment delivered to a pickup point of your choice.
If the order you placed has not yet been shipped, you can contact customer service to request a modification to the order.
If you have already paid for the order, you can change the address using the link you received from the GLS courier. (This option is not valid for purchases made with cash on delivery).
At the moment, it is not yet possible to change the shipping address of an order that has already been shipped and paid for by cash on delivery. We suggest you contact our Customer Service providing your order number and the correct address: we will take care of contacting the courier and checking the possibility of delivering your order to the new shipping address.
The delivery shipped to the recipient's address includes two automatic delivery attempts.
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, they can choose independently where and how to be found.
How it works: in case of absence on the first home delivery attempt, you will receive a notification regarding the courier's visit. In the absence of communication, the courier will make another delivery attempt the following day.
If you have paid in advance, you can take advantage of the Flex Delivery service.
Through a link sent via email, you can access a management area, both before and after the first failed delivery attempt, where you can choose up to six customization options. This way you will be sure to receive your products when you want them.
The service includes the possibility of select a new delivery date or choose a pickup pointAdditionally, you can choose: a new shipping address, a safe delivery location, the option to authorize a neighbor to pick up, and to refuse the delivery.
Returns and Refunds
To make a return you can click the button above and enter your order number (including the # character) and the email address you used to place the order.
The Game Lingerie allows the return of all items that have not been used and that are returned in the condition in which they were shipped, that is, unused, with tags and original packaging.
We guarantee free returns according to the principles of good faith.
If you have received an item of the wrong size, you can request a replacement. If the product is still available in the size you requested, you can receive a replacement. If the product of the correct size is no longer available at the time of the replacement request, you can choose whether to have a refund, or exchange the product for another item.
For hygiene reasons, it is important that items are tried on with your own underwear on. All returned items will be thoroughly checked and sanitized with ozone before being possibly put back on sale. In order to take advantage of the unconditional return policy, due to the nature of the product, tights and women's stockings cannot be tried on as the fitting alters their shape.
You can request a return for purchases made within 30 days. From the moment of the return request you will have 14 days to ship according to the methods indicated by email.
If you have purchased one of our items, have not used it and want to return it, you can take advantage of the free return. The free return is provided in compliance with the conditions for withdrawal on the "Conditions of Sale" page.
In general, you can get a free return in the following cases:
- Defective item
- Item damaged during transport
- Wrong or unwanted item (According to the principles of good faith. See the "Terms of Sale" page)
Free returns are available only from Italy, for one shipment only, thus excluding the case in which you want to return the items of a purchase separately, in more than one time.
Free return is an option we offer to customers to facilitate remote purchasing and make it as economical as possible and is intended only for use in good faith. Its application is at the sole discretion of the company.
The company reserves the right to suspend this option if there is any suspicion of abuse.
All our items are carefully checked before shipping; however, it may happen that some items have defects that are not immediately visible. In this case, you can take advantage of the free return at our expense.
Follow the normal return procedure to obtain a refund or the replacement of the product if it is available.
The preparation of orders is filmed to guarantee the customer the content of the same. However, it may still happen that some defective items are not immediately identified. The same occurs with the opening of returns to verify the content and condition of the returned items and their correspondence with the items sent.
- Once the return request is made through the appropriate form on the site, the company will prepare a pickup that can take place at home or at an authorized location.
- The company will send an email label, which can be used to ship the package.
- The customer will preferably prepare the package using the original packaging (envelope and brown cardboard box) or an equivalent packaging to preserve the integrity of the products and will place the returned item in the package securely affixing the label received by mail on the package. In the case of returning the entire order and not a partial return, it is necessary to include all the accessory material received inside the package (gadgets).
- If you want the pickup to take place on a specific day/time slot, it is important to communicate this to the company in the return notes or by contacting the company directly.
- When the company receives the return, it will check the contents with video documentation of the package opening and once it is confirmed that the contents are compliant, it will proceed with the refund or replacement of the products.
