For our customers residing in Italy we offer free return shipping.
Normally, free return shipping is always guaranteed; in some special cases, shipping may be charged to the customer (see conditions of sale).
The return courier may be different from the one you received your package with.

To make a return you can click the button above and enter your order number (including the # character) and the email address you used to place the order.
The Game Lingerie allows the return of all unused items that are returned in the same condition as they were shipped, i.e., unused, with the tags and original packaging.
We guarantee free returns according to the principles of good faith.
If you have received an item of the wrong size, you can request a replacement. If the product is still available in the size you requested, you can receive a replacement. If the product of the correct size is no longer available at the time of the replacement request, you can choose whether to have a refund, or exchange the product for another item.
For hygiene reasons, it is important that items be tried on with your underwear. All returned items will be carefully inspected and sanitized with ozone before being put back on sale. Due to the nature of the product, women's tights and stockings cannot be tried on, as this alters their shape.
You can request a return for purchases made within 30 days. From the moment of the return request you will have 14 days to ship according to the methods indicated by email.
If you have purchased one of our items, have not used it and want to return it, you can take advantage of the free return. The free return is provided in compliance with the conditions for withdrawal on the "Terms of Sale" page.
In general, you can get a free return in the following cases:
- Defective item
- Item damaged during transport
- Wrong or unwanted item (According to the principles of good faith. See the "Terms of Sale" page)
Free returns are available only from Italy, for one shipment only, thus excluding the case in which you want to return the items of a purchase separately, in more than one time.
Free return is an option we offer to customers to facilitate remote purchasing and make it as economical as possible and is intended only for use in good faith. Its application is at the sole discretion of the company.
The company reserves the right to suspend this option if there is any suspicion of abuse.
All our items are carefully inspected before shipping, however, some items may have defects that aren't immediately visible. In this case, you can take advantage of free returns at our expense.
Follow the normal return procedure to obtain a refund or replacement of the product if it is available.
Order preparation is videotaped to ensure the customer knows the contents. However, some defective items may not be immediately identified. The same applies when opening returns to verify the contents and condition of the returned items and their correspondence with the items shipped.
- Once you've made a return request using the appropriate form on the website, the company will arrange for a collection that can take place at your home or at an authorized point.
- The company will send you a label by email, which you can use to ship your package.
- The customer should prepare the package, preferably using the original packaging (envelope and brown cardboard box) or equivalent packaging to preserve the integrity of the products. The customer should place the returned item inside the package, securely attaching the label received by mail. If the entire order was returned, rather than a partial return, all accessories received (gadgets) must be included in the package.
- If you would like the collection to take place on a specific day/time slot, it is important to let the company know in the return notes or by contacting the company directly.
- Once the company receives the return, it will inspect the contents with video documentation of the package opening. Once it has verified that the contents are compliant, it will proceed with the refund or replacement of the products.
